Failure to republish shared borders

I have been running a website for some while using Shared Borders so far
without problem.

http://homepages.rya-online.net/bradwellcc/index.htm

I have changed a link within the border from '2005' to '2006' and
republished. The link now doesn't display properly - the text is OK but the
image (slate background) doesn't display.

Any ideas why?

PS I had a computer crash just before the attempted change and have
changed from Win 2K to XP Pro - FP 2003 in both cases.

Remove all spaces from all file names
as in 2006 Programme.htm which becomes a broken link of 2006%20Programme.htm
- make it 2006-Programme.htm
