Failure to open mail client

I have a macro using SendObject action to send Access 97 report via email.
It worked
ok on Windows 98 and ME in the past. Recently, the computer is replaced with
a new one running Windows XP Pro. The email client cannot be launched after
click the report with an error message saying "Microsoft Access Can't open
the mail session. Check your mail application to make sure that it's
working properly. The Lotus Notes client works very well. Can someone tell
me the possible causes and fixes.

Ray:

Have you set Lotus Notes as the default mail client using the Internet
Control Panel on the Programs page?
