Fails to register an .ocx

Hi Group.
I have a problem with installing a dictionary. The installation fails with a
message saying that illum202.ocx failed to self-register.
I have installed the dictonary on a lot of machines without any problems,
but 10-15 machines get this error (both winxpsp1 and w2k sp3/sp4).
The only solution i got from the dictionary support was to reinstall the
machines.
I used Dependency Walker to check the ocx and this is the output:

I compared the output to an output from a machine that works but i can't
figure out what is wrong.
