I just attempted to install a group of Win2000 updates -
the download of the files went fine, but the installation
hung at 99% or 100% until I eventually had to kill it.
Upon re-searching for updates on the main update webpage,
it now doesn't find any, yet I see that the updates I
attempted to install are listed as "Failed" in my
installation history. How do I backtrack to re-attempt
another download/install of these updates.

I've never had this problem before, so I could use some
help....

Thanks.

I already asked in Windows update, but it seems there is
little traffic there. Noticed quite a few unanswered
posts.

Hi

You should not use microsoft.public.win2000.general,
but microsoft.public.windowsupdate

Hi

Ditch my first post, new and corrected one here:

You should not use microsoft.public.win2000.windowsupdate,
