Brian, have you already installed MS Office 2003 SP2 first?

T

Trevor

Yes...Office SP2 is installed....

Brian, does windows update work? if not then this could be a firewall
issue. Secondly sometimes the office updates either need the original
CD inserted for the updates to work. Unless it was installed using the
"Complete" method versus the "Normal" install.

Good Luck,

Trev

Yes...Windows Update works just fine...oddly enough, it happens on my
2nd home PC...both are recently Windows XP fresh re-loads...the other
one wont install a critical XP update and as noted, mine wont install
the Office update...is there a way to re-download each one..both are
still sitting, waiting to be installed, even if I hide them in
Microsoft Update...

Frustrated...

I had the same problem. I did an install/repair of Office 2003 and then
they installed readily. Dick
