Failed to transfer the schema FSMO

Hello All!

I have this weird error when trying to run adprep /forestprep on 2000 DC. I
have logged in as administrator and I am in the Schema and enterprise group.
I have checked and the server is showing as Schema master. This is my test
environment with 2 2000 DCs and both have SP3.
What am I doing wrong here? Help.

Newer mind. I have forced the replication using the replication monitor and
adprep is running fine now.
