Hi All

Hope I am in the right place where to post my question.

If an Outlook 2003 user tries to send any attachement located in I:drive, it
fails with an error message saying "failed to send". Sending an attachment
from any other location works fine.

Any thoughts please ?

Thanks

And where is this drive located? Does the user have read/write permissions
for that drive?

Hi,

Milly gave the right direction to trouble shoot this issue.

Can you copy items from I: drive to other drives? Is it a net folder?
