Failed to load control 'CommonDialog' from COMDLG32.OCX

Hello!

OS: XP pro + SP2

In my windows xp pro i'm getting this message:
"Failed to load CommonDialog from 'COMDLG32.OCX'. Your version of
COMDLG32.OCX may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the
control that was provided with your application"

Any clues how to fix this problem will be appreciated!

Hello again, I just wanted to add some more info about my problem

I'v searched my computer and did find 2 comdlg32.ocx files:

folder, file size, date created (DD.MM.YYYY, norwegian format)
c:\windows\system32\comdlg32.ocx, 127kb, 19.07.1997 17:00
d:\prorgram files\ remote sqlserver ce\Comdlg32.ocx, 194kb, 04.12.2000

If you have the answer, please respond... this error message is making my
crazy
