Failed to lanuch help?????

having a promble launching help menue on non microsoft
product using xp. The same product works fine on my
other machine usin win98 SE. Error message says (failed
to launch Help) is their somthing wrong with xp.what can

Hi, Larry. Since you didn't tell us the name of the problem program,
it's really impossible to give you a specific answer. When you have
difficulties with an application, the best place to start
troubleshooting is on the software mftr.'s website. There may be
upgrades, patches, workarounds, etc.
