failed to create cold vision

Everytime i turn on the computer and log in i get this
error ' failed to create cold vision' ....does anybody
know anything about this???

Look in your Startup to see what program is calling this. Go to
Start>Run and type "msconfig" without the quotes, look under the
Startup tab. See if anything looks likely.
