Have you had any experience with this problem.
I want to archive the messages that are older than Dec 31, 2004.
Open Outlook 2002.
Click on file -> Archive
* Archive this folder and all the subfolders:
[Mailbox - Rob Doe]
* Archive items older than [Fri 12/31/2004]
include items with "Do not Archive" checked
Archive file: c:\test1.pst
than I click on ok and it runs quickly and disappeared.
I check for log file in delete folder, there is none.
I open the test1.pst - all there were normal outlook folders but no messages
in the folders.
Than I go back to check the live inbox there are older message that dated
2004 are still there.
any help will be appreciated,
