Failed Flash BIOS after upgrade

I have an Acer Aspire 1692wlmi laptop. After I upgraded the flash BIOS with
Winphlash (suggested on the website) , my laptop refuse to start. I can't
even reached the usual BIOS settings page(F2, F8 or DEL). What can I do now?
*I can't access to Windows ,nor boot from recovery disc.

Sounds like you'll have to contact Acer and buy a new BIOS. The flash did
not work and now the BIOS is messed up.
