Fail window appears

Hello, every since i installed windows vista premium i get a fail window that
appears each time i start windows and shutting down windows. The fail windows
shows no details of whats causing it. Just shows fail. What could this be?
The operating system still works but just wondering what can i do to stop
that window from appearing? Could it be a program thats trying to load fails?

Do some clean boot troubleshooting to see if you can identify what is
