fAIL message on log in

Whenever I click a user's name to log in on Windows XP Media Center Edition,
(except the Administrator) a message window pops up with no title, but says
"fAIL". Its in the exact form as between the brackets with the lowercase f
and uppercase AIL. I click OK and the message goes away and nothing else
seems to be wrong but having this message appear every time is quite
annoying. What is it for and how do I stop it? Thanks in advance.

If you don't get any help here you could also post to the MCE newsgroup.
