Thanks for your kind help
Hello,
I'm French and can't get any help from France. My understanding of English
in Computer in English is quite low but I may try to understand as I speak
fluently.
My problem is that "Wanadoo" my FAI is only detected when I try to (re)
install my keyboard and mouse "Microsoft software Intellitype Pro 2.3" it is
also said that I have to unplug all meaning my Livebox from France Telecom
(wanadoo)
Is someone there to tell me if it is possible or if I forget the whole thing ?

Hi, I guess that "FAI" is the french for "ISP" (Internet Service Provider")?

I understand your language problems, so why not post in English AND
French? There are sure to be some bi-lingual people reading this newsgroup.

As I understand your problem, when you try to connect to your service
provider, you have to reinstall your keyboard and mouse. At the same
time you get a message telling you to disconnect all connected devices,
including your 'LiveBox' which is your ADSL Modem.

There's a couple of things that you can try. Firstly, Wanadoo has
extensive on line help (at least on the English - www.wanadoo.co.uk -
site) You could try looking there.

You could get Spyware detection software, such as Ad Aware or SpyBot
Search and Destroy to see if you have picked up spyware and you should
virus check your PC.

If you have not powered off you Livebox and powered it on, you can try that.

You could post back here with details of what happens when you try to
connect - error messages and so on.

Cheers,

Cliff
