Factory Preinstallation Window

I had to return my computer to the factory settings with the Reload CD, I have created user accounts, however, when I select them the screen goes black and the Factory Preinstallation window appears. It then goes on to check the plug and play thingies, etc until it reaches the System Configuration window. How can I stop the Factory Preinstallation window from appearing each time I swop between user accounts as it takes a minutes each time to check
I'd be grateful if anyone can help or point me in the right direction.
 
Just a correction to the last post.... it is not the system configuration window but the SYSTEM PREPARATION TOOL 2.0
Hope someone can help
