i have even erase the cookies on both broswer (first one firefox,IE)

Are you being propted to enter a security code? It could be that FB has locked you out temporarily and you need to verify yourself (looks like it has tried to send a text message to you?).

Looks like your accounts been bocked, maybe compromised? Time to change your password and secret question. :)

change my password and still does,nt work.i got it set to stop people doing that anyway with that code to my phone
 
Did you get the code on your mobile? Is your phone number on FB correct!?
