EZ Key or Easy Key

I am looking for a component that supposedly ships with XP PRO that converts
serial input to keyboard emulation. I am told that it is called EZ Key or
Easy Key. Is anyone familiar with it? Where can I find it?
 
Google it. EZ/Easy Key does not appear with XP Pro. It is a separate
product.
 
You can find information about "serial key" in XP's help and support.
It's an accessibility option for alternative input, such as sticky keys.

Perhaps is it Serialkey. Are you familiar with this?
