Extreme #Waiting and No service

When I try to check e-mail on MSN it shows number of pieces but when I click
on mail & more it seems to freeze up and no result;;Also I cant write message
or click onto anything on that page;; I can check my e-mail on Hotmail and
read it but can not answer ;This started about 10 days ago and I have spent
over 9 hours with MSN and they cant figure it out;; PLEASE ANY HELP;;
