Extracting specific data from a memo field

Hope someone can help????

I have a work db running in Access2003, within one of the main tables i
have a field which is in a memo format, the type of info stored is
shown below:

"Mortgage App ID :?????? 22 Jan 2006
Req :£50000-99999
Purpose :Other
Value :£50000-99999
Timescale :1-2 weeks
Lead Fee :£??.?? will be deducted from your bank account by direct
debit."

I am trying to interrogate this field and extract just the numeric data
after "Lead Fee :£"

Can anyone help me achieve this??
