Extracting single files from .BKF backups

Hi,

Is there any freeware utilities on the web that could
extract single or multiple files from ntbackup .bkf
file?

There are some commercial progs, but I can't
afford them at the moment :(

Full restore with NTbackup itself is not an option at
the moment either.
