Extracting highlighted text from PDF file... Need help..!!!

Hi,
I am building an application in VB.Net in which I need to extract the
text from PDF file.

Response is highly appriciated..... please let me know if any body has
some idea how to do this.

The text in PDF is highlighted and saved....... when I want to extract
the highlighted text that time there is no copy in clipboard... please
tell me if there is any other solution
