Extracting addresses from my sent folder

I'm looking for a way to easily extract all email addresses from the
messages in my Sent folder. Is there an
app, maybe even freely available, that will perform such a task?

Extracing to any text readable format would be fine.

http://publicshareware.com/outlook-public-mail-to-contact.html looks to be
an option. Or just google 'extract addresses sent folder outlook'.

You could try exporting to a CSV file and then copy the column of addresses
when opened in Excel.
