Extract Vista Icons

Hi.

I would like to know how to extract the Vista icons in 256x256 format?
If I extract with Axialis Icon Workshop which is a Vista icon editor most of
the icons are in 48x48 even though they show originally as the large 256x256
Vista icons only if I try to extract them they are just 48x48.
Any help is very much appreciated.

Have you tried athe latest version of axailis? Perhaps they made it vista
compatible now

I have seen other icon editors that are totally vista compatible

Hi.

I've got the latest version of Axialis and it is Vista compatible.
It's just when I extract a Vista icon i. e. from the Games folder, it
extracts only 48x48 even though the icon displays original as 256x256

I had no problem exporting 256 pixel icons on axailis 6.0

You are doing something wrong

........I also got no problem to export 256x256 icons.
What I said is that I have a problem extracting Vista icons because they be
extract only in 48x48
Extracting and Exporting are 2 different things.

I'll check it out but Axialis should be able to extract them as well.......
