I would like to export some sound clips from an mpeg file created with Movie
Maker. How can I create an mp3 or wav from this file?

Thanks

Hello there,

If you drag the video down to the lower audio track and the use File > Save
Movie you will end up with a WMA file containing the soundtrack. Then use
whatever audio program you have that can convert that to an MP3 or WAV
file.

Dragging the video down to the audio track worked at first. Now it does not work any more. What is my problem? The sound is there when I play the clip.
