Extra Blank Space

I have this web page and for some reason there is all
this extra space at the bottom. I don't want to give out
the URL, but here is a picture...

Without being able to view source it's
kind of hard to tell.
However, even if you only have a 50 by 50
image on a page, the browser is going to
fill the screen with as much white space
as is needed to fill the screen at the monitors
current resolution setting
