A second address book; No. As the Address Book consists of one or more
address lists. You are however able to add extra lists to your Address Book.
To do this choose File-> New-> Folder... and choose that it contains Contact
Items.
Rightclick the newly created Contacts folder-> Properties-> tab Outlook
Address Book-> select Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book
