My c: drive has very little free space (14%). The bulk of
it is used by Musicmatch Jukebox & download program, &
many tunes in MP3 format. I purchased an hdd from Dell,
have it installed correctly, now what do I do to free up
space on my C drive? Do I use E: hdd for storage only?
I tried setting up my printer program on E:, but was told
on ACOMDATA not to use the E: for this.

I use my computer for internet banking, email, and
music. Where do I go from here? Can I move & use my
music programs, files & folders to E:? please, need
help. mlp

Put your files, photos, music (MP3s), documents on your E drive and use it
mainly for storage. Your "C" drive is your boot drive and also used to
activate your applications/programs. I have mine set up that way and it
works just great. Note: You should also burn your music and photos to
a CD-R in case your PC crashes. :~)
