External Control Panel Icons/Items

I have found an icon in my control panel
entitled 'WildTangent' and wondered how, if possible, to
get rid of this icon. I have uninstalled all WildTangent
related software, as I do not know what it is for, nor do
i want it on my computer. Just wondered if anybody knew
how to get rid of this icon. I've checked the Registry but
couldn't find an entry for this icon.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Alex,

Either go to Start/Search and type in: *.cpl or go to Start/Run/Regedit and
remove it from here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\
ControlPanel\NameSpace
