What I find interesting is that if I click on "All Extensions", the page
does not render correctly in Firefox! (but fine in IE)

Hmm. The page renders perfectly on my system, even when I'm using
WebWasher and CookieCop 2 (latter isn't freeware anymore) as proxies.
Are you using a proxy?

I think they were updating the site and for a while some of the
stylesheets were unavailable. I got an unadorned HTML page on the first
visit, a page with a few styles on refresh minutes later, yet a
differently styled page on the third try, back to plain HTML on the
fourth, etc. Everything's back to normal now.

Hi John
https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/showlist.php?application=thunderbird&numpg=10&category=All
That's the page I'm looking at.
I sometimes get a page that 'looks funny/peculiar' but emptying the Ffox
cache usually clears it, but not in this case.
No proxy.
Don't find the need for either Webwasher or Cookie Cop with Ffox either.

So 'tis.
Still it rendered in IE OK :o(

I saw the same problem. For some reason, after I
reinstalled Flashplayer, it displays perfectly.

Jim,
Guess it's okay for you now.

As for WebWasher, for me it removes advertising from websites better
than anything else I've found. Also, it stops popups totally, whereas
with Firefox only I still get the occasional popup or under. Also
WebWasher removes web-bugs, referrers and prefixes on links.

As for the other program, you may be right. I just haven't had the time
to reevaluate whether I need it or not.
