I am creating a report in Access 2002 that consists of a number of subforms.
I have reached the point that it will not allow me to stretch the report an
further. Does any one have any suggestions. I only need a little more room!

thanks

Not sure I understand the issue. While there's a hard limit as to how long a
report can be (22"), subreports are over and above that limit.

The issue is 22", if I insert more subreports they overwrite each other
beyond this point.

Barb: Not knowing how you are assembling your report it is hard to guess at
what you are doing but . . .Once you have a report built and insert it into
another, you can reduce its vertical size to almost nothing. What you are
really doing is inserting the "Object", which in itself has its own size.
Select your subreports and with your mouse pointer drag the edge so that the
reports vertical size is very small, you should be able to get more than
enough in 22 inches, remember too that you can isert page breaks if you need
them. Good Luck.

Don't forget to ensure the Can Grow property of the subreport is set to Yes
