I just got an External hardrive to backup my files. It
says file system FAT 32 though and my main hardrive is
NTFS. Is that a problem? I have Windows XP Professional.
Thanks!
David

That will be OK. Your ntfs can read the fat 32 .
You can also format it ntfs from within XP if you want. Data is more secure
in ntfs.
