Expression Web

I have 2 questions.

(1) There doesn't seem to be a discussion group for Expression Web. Why is
that?

(2) Can I create forms in Expression Web?

I was thinking that I am probably going to have to find a replacement for
FrontPage soon - even though I love it, and I came online to find out a
little about Expression Web.
