Expression Builder

Hello
I have a Expression Builder that has a Iff Statement, to check in on field,
and then Run a calulation on greater than and or equal to, if so drop in the
number of the metic. I'm geting only the exact number, and not any thing in
between. Eaxmapls: 1 $100
10, $200
20, $300
30, $400

Help.
