Expression builder & Windows dialogs

A handy tool that I use a lot. Is there a way to get it to open up
automatically bigger than it does?

I'd also like all Windows dialogs to not open in the middle of the screen.
Can that be achieved?

Thanks. Microsoft should be told to put their dialogs out of the way
perhaps?

Why? Usually a dialog indicates that something needs to be done now. The
best way to ensure the user seeing the dialog is to put it in the center of
the screen.
