Expression builder trouble

I got a trouble in using commas in the expression builder. Somehow all commas
in the expressions got converted to vertical bars so all my previous query
expressions stopped working (IIF, format and other expressions that contain
commas). Does anyone know how it could happen? Please help me. It drives
really crazy.

What setting do you have for the List Separator in the Windows Control
Panel, under Regional Settings?
