Express to Outlook

Hi,

I am trying to make Outlook to be my E-Mail program vice Outlook Express. I
followed the instructions on (how to opgrade from Outlook Express to Outlook
2003) and (how to set Outlook as the default E-mail Program) and nothing
worked. I am still with Outlook Express. What is the problem? Any idea.

How do you mean "I am still with Outlook Express"? Have you set up your
email account in Outlook? Don't open Outlook Express!
 
Did you export your data from OE to Outlook? What sort of errors do you get?
