Expoting Inbox from an Expired BETA version - YIKES!!!!

I recently purchase Office 2007 and want to install it over my BETA version
which has expired but I would like to Export my e-mails from Outlook before I
remove the BETA version. The purchased version will not install over-top of
the BETA and it is informing me that I must first remove that version before
installing my new licensed version. I do not wish to loose any of my current
e-mails, an export was done about 1 month ago! How can I export my Inbox now
that the expired BETA version has ghosted most of the menu selections?
PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!! Thanks

Uninstalling Office won't delete any emails just like it won't delete any
Word documents.
