Exporting to Specific Excel Worksheet

For Access exports to regularly update a specific
worksheet within an Excel spreadsheet, is there a way to
overlay the current worksheet rather than appending a new
worksheet?

Yes! That's what TransferSpreadsheet does, if you use the Range argument to
specify the worksheet name - although Access help says this argument is not
used in export.
