Exporting to Outlook 2003

Everytime I try to export to Outlook from Windows Mail in Vista, it keeps
saying that it has to reconfigure Office 2003. How do I fix this so it
doesn't have to constantly reconfigure?
 
Some questions:

1. If you let Outlook reconfigure, does it do so successfully?
2. Does the export eventually take place?
3. If it does take place, does it work?
