Exporting to Excel through VBA (posted to exporting and VBA group)

I have a form with a subform. The subform is linked to
the form witha field "reference"

I want to be able to go through the records and export the
data from the subform that is showing. That is I want to
export the data on the subform that is linked to a
specific reference.

I'd like to do this with a command button

Any Suggestions?
