Exporting to a New Form

I made a simplified version of the default 'Contacts'
entry form and tried to import my old contacts list thru
Excel (export old list to excel from old contact form).
My imported data comes in, but my new form is reformatted
as mostly the old form. Any way to get only the data in
my new form?

Why are you exporting and importing? If you want existing data to use a
different form, change the value of the MessageClass property for those
items. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/newdefaultform.htm#convert for
several tools and scripts to accomplish this.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the
hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at
