Exporting Scheduled Tasks

Hello,
I have 20 scheduled tasks running on one of our Windows 2000 servers. I need
to move these tasks to a new server. Rather than recreate them all manually,
I'd like to import the tasks onto the new server. Is this possible? If so,
how? TIA
