exporting pst files

I am trying to export personal folders from Outlook 2000
to my new computer using import/export but the system
won't let me put the information on a CD as it says I
don't have access--see administrator. How am I able to
use the E drive to download this material?

Copy the file to the harddisk and remove the "Read Only" file attribute.
Then connect to it by File-> Open-> Personal Data File...
