Exporting / Importing forms and tables

Someone created a stub database for me to interface to another proprietary
program. I want to export this information and then incorporate those forms
and tables into my existing database. I'm not sure of the procedure for
exporting and importing. What format should I export to ? Any advice on how
to do this would be appreciated.

Assuming that both dbs are Access. Open the db you want to receive the
tables, forms, et al and then on the menu go to File\Get External
Data\Import , Browse to the location and file of the db
that has the files, forms, et al that you want. You will be presented with
a tabbed form that ids all the available objects. Select the ones you want
on each tab. Click OK and they're in you DB.
