Exporting/Importing Address Book

How do I export my addresses in my 2000 Outlook from my
old computer into my 2003 Outlook in new computer?
 
Create an Outlook Data File (PST file). New > Outlook Data File...
Copy your Contacts Folder into it.
Open this PST file in your other installation.
