Exporting from Lotus 123

Is there any way to Export data from Lotus 123 to the
Excel worksheets? If so how is it done.

I'm trying to improve my billing process.

Excel can read 1-2-3 files in any of the WK? formats. Just do a File, Open.
If you have files in the newer .123 format you have to convert them using
either 1-2-3 or Conversions Plus from dataviz.com
