Exporting from Access to Excel issue

Co-worker having an issue with exporting a query from Access to Excel - the
problem is that the Excel Spreadsheet appears blank in graph view with many
green triangles in multiple cells - the data will show in Print Preview
though. They can open other Excel files (not from Access) with no problem
only have issues with exports from Access - I have tried to re-create this
and cannot - I
don't know what setting is causing this - any and all suggestions welcome!!
I have looked at both Access and Excel settings and cannot find it.

The green triangles represent an error in the formula for the cell - to
determine the error, you'd need to supply some of the sample data that's
being exported from Access. To turn off the green triangles, go to
Options - Formulas - Error Checking and uncheck the box for "Enable
background error checking".

Hope this helps.
