Exporting Forms

Is there a way to export a form document while keeping its integrity in tack
to users who do not have infopath?

Yes and no. If you have SharePoint Server 2007 and Office Forms Services,
which provides a server-based environment for InfoPath 2007 forms, InfoPath
forms can be displayed in a browser. If you don't, then the users need
InfoPath to view and fill in the forms.
