Exporting Emails - Problems

Hi,

I need to re-install my PC to factory settings due to unfixable problems
with my soundcard. I've saved all my important documents in My Documents
Folder, but need to save my complete set of emails in Outlook Express.

I've tried exporting and this message came up

"The export could not be performed

An error occurred while initialising MAPI"

Is there another way of saving emails from a specific folder and then simply
importing them from CD

HI Alex,
The e-mails aren't located in the Outlook Express folder. Go Tools --
Options -- Maintenance and click the Store Folder button to find out where
they are or to locate them somewhere else.
